Sweat Squad's Privacy Policy explains that the "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting in your web browser requests that websites disable tracking of your online activity. Although various third parties have developed mechanisms for expressing consumer choice regarding the collection of online activity information, there is no universally agreed-upon standard for how a company should respond to a DNT signal. Sweat Squad does not currently monitor or take action with respect to these signals.
Sweat Squad participates in advertising networks administered by third parties, which use automated means to collect information about your online activities, including your visits to the Sweat Squad website, to tailor advertisements to your individual interests. This collection and ad targeting takes place on the Sweat Squad website and on third-party websites participating in the ad network.
You have the right to choose how Sweat Squad uses your information. If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails, you can opt-out by following the instructions in any such email or by contacting Sweat Squad at hello@sweatsquad.com. You can also opt-out of sharing your name and mailing address with third parties for promotional offers. Members of the Reward Program can opt-out of marketing-related emails through their program account or by contacting Sweat Squad.
Sweat Squad does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16. If you believe that your child under 16 has provided their information to Sweat Squad, please contact hello@sweatsquad.com to request the deletion of that information.
Sweat Squad seeks to use reasonable measures to protect personal information but acknowledges that no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you believe that your interaction with Sweat Squad is no longer secure, please immediately notify them by contacting hello@sweatsquad.com
Sweat Squad may transfer your personal information outside of the country in which it was originally provided, including to third parties located outside the United States or the European Union, where data protection laws may not offer the same level of protection. Sweat Squad takes appropriate safeguards to protect your personal information in these transfers.
